OUR APPROACH

A little less noise.
A little more attention.

Poetide makes room for the kind of movement that fits into everyday life. A class can be a place to focus, a change of pace between busy days, or an anchor in your week.

Our practice is mat-based, with three formats that give you different ways to begin. Foundations makes time for the building blocks. Flow connects the movements. Restore brings the pace down.

You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. Ask questions. Take a pause. Get to know the movements, and find the rhythm that works for you.

01 / ATTENTION

Understand
the movement.

We value clear cues and time to explore what they mean. The aim is a practice you can follow with confidence.

02 / CONNECTION

People before
performance.

Eight places per class keeps the group small. There is room for a conversation and a personal introduction.

03 / CONSISTENCY

Make space
in your week.

Weekday and weekend times, three class formats, and straightforward payment on arrival.
